Terms of Service

Effective 1 June 2026

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the provision of electronic services by Solverte spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at al. Bolesława Krzywoustego 4/1, 40-870 Katowice, VAT No.: 6343006519, registered in the commercial register under no. KRS 0000951288 (hereinafter: Service Provider).
  2. The Service Provider provides AI-powered legal document drafting services via the website available at prawnix.pl (hereinafter: Service).
  3. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form an agreement for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services.

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider Solverte spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, operator of Prawnix.
  • User — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, using the Service.
  • Consumer — a User who is a natural person using the Service for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity.
  • Account — an individual User account created in the Service after registration.
  • Document Draft — a text document generated by the Service serving as an aid for the User, not constituting legal advice or legal assistance.
  • Subscription — paid access to Service features billed on a monthly or annual basis.

3. Technical Requirements

  1. Using the Service requires internet access and a JavaScript- and cookie-enabled web browser.
  2. The Service is optimized for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to schedule technical downtime for maintenance and updates.

4. Account Registration

  1. Account registration is voluntary and free. It requires providing an email address and password, or using third-party authentication (Google).
  2. Users undertake to provide accurate information and update it when changes occur.
  3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  4. The Service Provider may block or delete the Account of a User violating these Terms, after a prior warning, or immediately in cases of serious violations.
  5. Users may delete their Account at any time by submitting a request to kontakt@prawnix.pl.

5. Plans, Payments, and Invoices

  1. The Service offers the following access plans:
    • Free — 1 document draft per month, no charge.
    • PRO — unlimited document drafts, billed monthly (PLN 149 gross/month) or annually (PLN 1,490 gross/year).
    • One-off — 1 document draft without an account (PLN 59 gross/document).
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Service Provider does not store payment card data.
  3. The PRO Subscription renews automatically. Users may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  4. A VAT invoice is automatically generated and delivered to the User's email address after each transaction.
  5. All prices are gross amounts inclusive of VAT in accordance with applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

  1. Users undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and good practices.
  2. In particular, the following are prohibited:
    • using the Service to generate content contrary to law or infringing third-party rights;
    • taking actions that may disrupt the Service or the Service Provider's infrastructure;
    • automatically downloading or processing Service content without the Service Provider's consent (web scraping, bots).
  3. Users bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of data provided during the document generation process.

7. Nature of Service and Limitation of Liability

Important legal disclaimer

Prawnix is a document drafting tool. The Service does not provide legal assistance or legal advice within the meaning of the Polish Act of 26 May 1982 — the Bar of Attorneys at Law, or the Act of 6 July 1982 on Legal Advisors.

  1. Document drafts generated by the Service are auxiliary and informational in nature. Prior to filing, Users should consult the content with an attorney or legal advisor.
  2. The Service Provider does not guarantee that a generated document draft is complete, legally accurate, or tailored to the User's individual circumstances.
  3. The Service Provider is not liable for:
    • legal consequences of filing a document generated by the Service;
    • User decisions made based on the document content;
    • errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User.
  4. The Service Provider's liability to Users who are not Consumers is limited to the value of fees paid by the User in the 3 months preceding the event causing the damage.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

  1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract for electronic services without stating a reason within 14 days of its conclusion (pursuant to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the Consumer's express consent, and the Consumer was informed before commencement that the right of withdrawal would be forfeited upon full performance.
  3. Upon purchasing a PRO Subscription, the Consumer consents to immediate commencement of services and acknowledges that upon full performance the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
  4. Withdrawal requires a statement (e.g., by email to kontakt@prawnix.pl). Refunds will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement.

9. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding provided services should be submitted to reklamacje@prawnix.pl with a description of the issue.
  2. The Service Provider will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours of receipt (on business days) and resolve it within 14 calendar days, notifying the User of the outcome.
  3. Consumers may use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for out-of-court dispute resolution.

10. Amendments

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Registered Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  2. Continued use of the Service after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, in particular: the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services, the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, and the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
  2. The competent court for disputes arising from these Terms is the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office, subject to the right of Consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
  3. These Terms take effect on 1 June 2026.
